Tomer Lehr is a matrimonial attorney with years of litigation experience. Prior to joining the firm, he regularly appeared in court, deposed experts, and cross-examined lay witnesses. Currently, he handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution. He approaches each matter with a disciplined, strategic focus, recognizing the financial and personal sensitivities inherent in matrimonial disputes.

After graduating law school, he served as a family law clerk to the Honorable LaToyia K. Jenkins, J.S.C., where he gained firsthand exposure to contested matrimonial proceedings, motion practice, and judicial decision-making. This experience informs his ability to anticipate court dynamics and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Tomer participated in the school’s divorce mediation clinic, working directly with parties to facilitate negotiated resolutions in sensitive matters. This background continues to shape his approach, balancing thoughtful negotiation with strong litigation strategy.
